Explosives, mutagens, potions, elixers, alchemic substances, and extracts. Alchemists can brew up a lot of magical substances, and have a decent throwing arm to boot. They can transform themselves into mighty monsters, make a cure for any wound, resist the elements, build many weapons from bombs to thunderstones, to portable boulders, and even bottle the elements. They can craft cures and magical body paints, and do oh so much more. Alchemists are on par with the Wizard for masters of magical creation, but with a scientific edge. Alchemists are rather often avoided by common folk, aware of some infamous “accidents” that happen through the profession’s research. Alchemists are often welcome into adventuring parties for their explosive prowess.
